Life changing read!

Where to start.....i came across Sue a number of years ago. During her tenure as Chair of one of the largest hospital trusts in the UK. There it became obvious that someone in this postion of executive leadership whom can display and practise their role in such an astute and caring manner, was destined to impart her qualities onto a wider audience.
